With an illustrious career in the Pakistan Army Corps of Engineers, Dr. Fiaz has demonstrated exceptional leadership in complex projects and operations. He holds a Ph.D. in Peace and Conflict Studies and an MS in Disaster Management, specializing in climate change and water resource management. His experience as Director General at the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and the Earthquake Reconstruction & Rehabilitation Authority (ERRA) further underscores his strategic expertise.
As Chairman of the Integrated Resilience Network (IRN) Pvt Ltd, Dr. Fiaz continues to contribute to national security, human security, and climate change adaptation. His profound expertise and strategic insights remain pivotal in advancing Timelenders’ vision and purpose across diverse sectors.

An electrical engineering graduate from the University of Nebraska, USA, Suleman’s research in solid-state physics has been published in international journals, showcasing his dedication to excellence and knowledge.

Under his guidance, Timelenders has grown into a leading training and consulting firm that has transformed thousands of lives across the globe.
Beyond his contributions to Timelenders, Suleman has been actively involved in humanitarian efforts for more than 30 years, dedicating himself to various areas of welfare, including health, orphan development, and education. His selfless contributions have positively impacted hundreds of thousands of lives, reflecting his unwavering commitment to serving humanity. Although he now focuses primarily on humanitarian projects, Suleman’s powerful legacy and vision continue to guide and inspire Timelenders, laying a solid foundation for the company’s ongoing journey of growth and impact.

Yameenuddin Ahmed, the CEO of Timelenders, has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and evolution for over 21 years. With a bachelor’s degree in business and commerce and postgraduate studies in cost and management accounting, Yameen has enriched his expertise through numerous national and international certifications in business development, human psychology, and information technology. His diverse educational background has enabled him to lead vision-oriented initiatives and transform Timelenders into a dynamic force in personal and organizational development.
In the past eight years, Yameen’s specialization in ensuring the sustainability and longevity of family-owned businesses has become a landmark value addition, establishing Timelenders as a pioneer in this domain that works with sound cultural alignment.

Abdul Ahad Munir is a cornerstone of Timelenders’ strategic growth and operational excellence. A qualified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), Ahad has been with the company since 2014.
As a VP of consulting services, his ability to facilitate clients’ tailored solutions has been critical in adding significant value to their overall consulting experience with Timelenders. He also leads client assessments with a deep understanding of their unique challenges, especially in the realm of family-owned businesses.

Hassan Adnan
VP of Consulting Services and Co-Founder of the Generational Family Business Program
Hassan Adnan, Vice President of Consulting Services and co-founder of the Generational Family Business Consulting Program, has been an integral part of Timelenders since 2016. With a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from Sweden, Hassan brings a unique blend of analytical insight and strategic vision to the team.
His core strength lies in crafting effective business growth strategies, which have played a pivotal role in expanding Timelenders’ consulting services. As a key researcher behind the Generational Family Business Consulting Program, his work has guided numerous family businesses through complex challenges, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term success.
Hassan was instrumental in launching Timelenders’ online learning initiative in 2016 with the “Reinvent Yourself” program, which later evolved into “The Art of Success Online Masterclass” during the COVID-19 pandemic, impacting thousands of people globally. As a strategy professional, he is significantly involved in designing the Timelenders digital learning platform, with a vision to reach and impact millions in the coming years.
