We normally spend 1/3rd of our life in sleep. Sleep disorders cause serious disruptions in our management of time. This workshop has been designed to help us better understand sleep in light of the available scientific knowledge and Islamic concepts. Furthermore, ideas are discussed to develop better sleeping habits.

Participants: Only for people who have attended the Timelenders' workshops.
